Gianni grew up in Irvine, CA and learned how to build computers at 12 years old because his family couldn’t afford a state of the art computer to play the video games his friends were playing.   After graduating in the top 1% of his class at Northwood High School in Irvine, Gianni went to UCSD and studied economics.

Graduating in 2008, Gianni left his early career in financial services (Merrill Lynch, AXA Advisors,) and pursued his side hustle, ATM machines, which he grew starting a $5,000 loan from his college roommate to a network of almost 1,000 ATMs today.

Half way into building his ATM network, Gianni Co-founded a FinTech company called KLEAR Technologies Inc., which has two products, LiquidKlear and SecurPair.

LiquidKlear is b2c product offering users a fully closed-loop financial services ecosystem combining a Bank Card, Cardless ATM withdrawals via Phone, P2P Payments, Bill Pay, Mobile Check Deposit, and Financial Literacy and organization tools powered by internal A.I.

SecurPair is a patented b2b product offering secure device to terminal pairing in financial transactions between say a phone and an ATM, but can be applied to all device-to-terminal permutations in payments and financial services.

Holding 3 patents, and continuing to grow his ATM network while developing new banking technologies, Gianni is passionate about Payments and FinTech and is actively innovating in the industry, his team having recently been awarded for the first in the world Next-Gen Certified Product by the ATMIA (ATM Industry Association,) serving 7 continents, 65 countries, and 11,000 members.

Gianni enjoys running, tennis, golf, hiking, photography, reading, and chess in his spare time.  Gianni resides in Las Vegas, NV but frequents San Diego, CA and New York City, NY for business.

Gianni’s dream is to sell his companies one day and then start an incubator called PitchReady, where he will help other hungry genius innovative founders build the next best start ups.
